£32,864.00 per annum
40 hours per week

Job Description
As our Lounge Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering a seamless, high-end hospitality experience for our passengers. You will:
Lead & Motivate – Inspire your team to exceed guest expectations
Deliver Excellence – Ensure top-tier service and presentation standards
Manage Operations – Oversee smooth lounge functionality and staff training
Innovate & Improve – Implement new ideas to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in hospitality, catering, or lounge management
Strong leadership & people management skills
A passion for delivering 5-star customer service
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards
Ready to elevate guest experiences and lead an outstanding team?
