Salary: NJC Outer London Scale P02 (FTE £41,442-£44,331)
Actual pro rata: £35,961 - £38,468
NB salaries are likely to be higher by ca 3%, pending confirmation of the final agreement on the April 2025 NJC pay award.
Contract: Full time, permanent

The role
We are looking to appoint an efficient and professional Office Manager and PA to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Principal and wider senior leadership team as well as manage the daily administrative functions of the school. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the administrative office, handling both routine and ad-hoc tasks while supporting the leadership team. In addition to general office management, the Office Manager also has a focus on some school-based Human Resources (HR) duties, ensuring a well-functioning and positive school environment. The Office Manager will lead the administrative function encompassing Reception, Administration, Student Attendance, Medical, Midday Supervisors, Student Services and Reprographics.
