Expected Earnings: £20,000 – £60,000+ per year (Commission-only)

The Role

This is a commission-based opportunity only, with no base salary. Your earnings will be entirely performance-based, earning £300–£500 per student enrolled.

You will generate leads, guide students through the admission process, and help them secure the right study and funding options. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who excel in building relationships and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use your social media presence to generate new leads.
• Assess student eligibility and clearly explain study and funding options.
• Support students throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Build lasting relationships with students and follow up with leads regularly.
• Track your progress and report results to the team.

The Person

• 2+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service.
• Fluent in English and at least one EU language (additional languages are a big plus).
• Comfortable using social media for promotion.
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented.
• Available to work at least 2 hours per day.
• Experience in lead generation or talent acquisition is an advantage.
