Crynodeb
The post holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and will be expected to assist with various administrative tasks in the department. You will work closely with various referrers, developing and providing collaborative multidisciplinary services to best support our patients. This post requires an individual with a strong administrative background in healthcare and service development. Experience working across primary and secondary care services or clinical genetics would be welcome. You will need to have experience in the proactive management of patient pathways from referral to discharge, ensuring that the entire process runs smoothly. This is an interesting and varied role and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment who can prioritise their workload, form good working relationships with a variety of clinical and non-clinical staff, as well as being a point of contact for patients. You will need good organisational and time management skills and possess the ability to use your own initiative. You should calm, confident, able to communicate effectively and be able to prioritise your workload. Candidates must have a good level of education, comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and be enthusiastic, efficient, and motivated.
