YOLO Recruitment are currently looking for a Sales Manager for their client’s main busy car dealership in the Torquay area.
A motor trade Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating sales staff.
You will be tasked with promoting and encouraging strategies to sell vehicles
Typical Sales Manager duties will include
• Organising schedules
• Constant managing and mentoring of a sales team
• Training
• Interviewing, hiring staff
• Setting goals
• Strategies, budgets, and promotions that empower their teams to sell cars.
You will need to have previous experience in the motor trade as a Sales Manager or have a strong sales background as a Business Manager, Sales Controller or Transaction Manager wanting to take the next step!
The hours for this Sales Manager role will be Monday to Friday. NO WEEKENDS!
