Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for leading all the teams who work in the above services, to deliver KPIs, and ensure the services meet the needs of our population and our member practices. This will involve reporting back to the Director of Operations and the Integrated Care Board (ICB) as part of their assurance process. The postholder will have experience leading teams to deliver services. They will be able to inspire and support people. They will be solution focused and able to work collaboratively. They will have an excellent track record in delivering on projects and initiatives. The line management responsibilities of the two service managers will sit with the Senior service manager. They will support development of the team and PDP to enable the team to develop in their roles. They will support the head of integrated services to deliver the objectives of each service but be closer to personnel development and developing the maturity of the integrated team models. The service development and operational elements of the service will be weighted towards the role of the Head of Integrated service manager. The senior service manager will on occasion work directly with the Director of Operations on specific change management and service improvement activity where necessary.
