Join Our Team
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Registry to lead and oversee all aspects of student records, enrolment, and data management within our college. In this pivotal role, you will manage the Registry team, ensuring the accurate and efficient administration of student enrolments, records, and compliance with regulatory requirements. As a key part of our thriving academic community, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As Head of Registry, you will:
Ensure effective operation of the Registry Team and work to continually raise standards.
Ensure staff are motivated, a high level of service is maintained, and morale is of a high standard.
Ensure the effective management and delivery of the College’s student records, registers, admissions, timetabling and management information services.
Support the Vice Principal - Finance & Registry in the achievement of Departmental objectives and to meet Service Level Agreement targets.
Maintain data integrity and security of the College Management Information Systems.

What We’re Looking For:
We seek candidates who:
Hold a NVQ Level 4, Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a numerical discipline (Desirable).
Have a Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
Possess a detailed knowledge of Further Education Curriculum and planning processes.
Have an understanding of current Further Education funding methodologies, policy and guidelines.
Are familiar with Management Information Systems.
