Key duties will include:To carry out building, maintenance, carpentry and minor plumbing works, making good and other types of internal and external works as instructed by your managerTo maintain appropriate and accurate records of time, duration and scope of works undertaken, together with materials and plant utilised on each projectTo ensure that all works are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with good practice and current legislation Request necessary materials and plant as required ensuring effective completion of the works, minimising waste and surplus materials wherever possibleTo liaise with colleagues, ensuring they are kept informed of the nature and duration of works to be undertaken, making appointments where necessary and ensuring these are keptSupport new building work installations and projects as requestedTo provide a customer focused service at all times ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of the brandRepresent the Company at all times by being smart in appearance and presentable whilst behaving in an appropriate manner in line with our cultural valuesTo undertake other related tasks, which might reasonably be requested by your managerWork in a responsible and safe manner at all times adhering to Health & Safety, safe working practices and Company Policies and ProceduresWhat will you need to be considered for this vacancy? Minimum 3 years post qualification experienceValid, full UK driving licenceBackground in general maintenanceExcellent communication skills - Ability to engage in a professional manner with our guests and colleaguesAbility to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely mannerAbility to work on your own or as part of a teamGood at developing sound working relationshipsUnderstanding of Health & Safety legislationWhat will I receive in return?
