Talent Acquisition Specialist Role:
- You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing and pre-screening candidates
- Arranging interviews with Hiring Managers and supporting the candidates through the offer and onboarding process across a multitude of sites
- You will be required to build strong relationships internally and externally with agencies and job boards to acknowledge skills gaps and work seamlessly to recruit all vacancies whilst working in a cost effective and timely manner
Talent Acquisition Specialist Requirements:
- You must have 1+ years recruitment expereince either as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal recruiter or agency recruitment experience
- Automotive/ Sales & Technical recruitment experience is preffered but not essential
- Strong organisational skills & resilience is needed
