We're looking for a creative Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of compelling, multi-channel brand and campaign communications across Activities, Leisure, Retail, and Entertainment. In this key role, you'll promote the Haven brand, shaping and executing creative marketing initiatives that elevate the on-park experience for holidaymakers and owners alike. From impactful signage and wayfinding to digital campaigns and branded touchpoints, you'll play a vital role in enhancing awareness, boosting engagement, and increasing bookings and sales across our parks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Brand Leadership: Championing the Haven brand across all touchpoints, ensuring creative outputs align with brand guidelines
- Campaign Delivery Performance: Planning and executing integrated multichannel marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and sales for Activities, Leisure, and Retail.
- Creative Content Oversight: Collaborating with content teams and agencies to deliver compelling visual and written assets that bring the brand to life and resonate with guests and owners.
- Strategic Planning and Innovation: Owning and evolving the marketing calendar, using insights and trends to propose fresh, effective communication strategies that support revenue and experience goals.
- Operations Management: Managing campaign processes, budgets, external agencies, and one direct report, ensuring efficient, on-brand execution that delivers measurable impact.
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive Marketing Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in consumer marketing with a comprehensive grasp of retail marketing, campaign planning, budget management, and working across all marketing and comms disciplines.
- Channel Creative Knowledge: Advanced understanding of both print and digital marketing, with a keen creative perspective, copywriting skills, and experience briefing and managing agencies.
- Leadership Collaboration: Demonstrated line management experience, ability to guide a capable team, and foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Organisational Skills: Proficient planning, numerical, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Trend Awareness Strategic Response: You keep pace with consumer trends and market sentiment to ensure campaigns remain relevant, engaging, and results-driven
