Crynodeb
To provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking and clinical assessment through to diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. You will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision making process, including assessment and diagnostic skills, leading to the delivery of safe care for our patients. You will work collaboratively with the Healthcare team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting the delivery of policies and procedures. You will have appointments bookable on the day and also pre-booked appointments. There will be admin tasks to complete from other members of the team, referrals, test requests. We sign up for QOF each year as well as carrying out enhanced services. Prescriptions are signed off every day and all GP's do this on a daily basis. Results are actioned every day and cover for this is expected for colleagues on annual leave. We have monthly Practice/Clinical meetings which you would be expected to attend wherever possible.
