Please see the Job Description and Person Specification for further details, a summary is below: To plan, implement and deliver Acceptance and Commitment Groups across Hampshire To participate in auditing and peer support for Acceptance and Commitment facilitators. To accept referrals to groups, assess need and make appropriate recommendations. Provide harm reduction advice, information and support as required. Demonstrable commitment to service user involvement. To work with a range of professional in ensuring service users needs in terms of safeguarding and mental health are met. Encourage and work with service users to move forward in their recovery. Work collaboratively with Recovery Workers across Inclusion Hampshire. THIS ROLE IS OPEN TO INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY
