Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to support the work of the Information Governance Team.
Duties include monitoring the Team’s inbox and ensuring work is allocated to the relevant Information Governance Officer in a timely manner, updating records to track the safe receipt and return of confidential legal and social care files, scanning and digital storage of files and sharing files on Microsoft Teams.
Whilst this role is primarily based in the Information Governance Team you may be required to assist across the Legal and Democratic service in providing administrative support to all teams, as and when required.
This is an interesting role with good opportunities for progression, but in view of the current role and duties, it is our intention to appoint at Grade 3.
