Job description
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least two years relevant PQE to expand our busy Wills and Probate Team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established team providing legal services to clients across our offices in Shrewsbury and Whitchurch.
The successful candidate will be confident in seeing matters through from initial instruction to post completion using a Case Management System. The role involves supporting others with existing matters as well as being proactive in developing your own caseload.
You will be required to advise on a wide range of matters to include Wills, Probate, Estate Management and Administration of Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.
You will also enjoy taking part in networking and business development activities.
Please note this role is not a remote role, you will be required to attend our Welsh Bridge office in the centre of Shrewsbury along with the potential of some home working.
