Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Lancashire. Known for its modern systems, supportive leadership, and excellent client service, this firm is expanding and now seeks a Conveyancing Solicitor or an experienced Conveyancer to join its growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
- Handling a wide range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, and shared ownership properties
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, in a timely and professional manner
- Utilising advanced legal software and case management systems
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer with a strong track record in residential property
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
