We’re seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Assessor to join our team, supporting apprentices through their training and assessment journey. Coaching students to develop and improve their knowledge, skills and behaviours, you will be expected to unlock their potential to maximise their own performance to enable them to achieve their current and future aspirations.Join a forward-thinking team dedicated to excellence in vocational training and apprenticeships. Key Responsibilities:Conduct workplace assessments for electrical installation apprenticesDeliver constructive feedback and support learner progressEnsure all assessments meet awarding body and regulatory standardsLiaise with employers, tutors, and internal quality assurance teamsMaintain accurate records and contribute to learner reviewsEssential Criteria:NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/D33 or equivalent)Industry experience in electrical installationStrong communication and organisational skillsCommitment to supporting learners and upholding high standardsDesirable:IQA qualification (or willingness to work toward one)Experience in delivering End-Point Assessment (EPA)Familiarity with apprenticeship standards and funding rules Come join a forward-thinking team, dedicated to excellence in vocational training and apprenticeships.
