The Lodge CQC rated overall outstanding seeks to recruit to the following role:

Registered General Nurse - average of 30 hours per week

£24.26 per hour plus excellent benefits including enhanced rate for extra hours (T&Cs apply). It is normal practice to have 2 Nurses on shift and excellent management support.

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at a private care home. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate exceptional clinical skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare services, ensuring the well-being of residents, and collaborating with the rest of the home to provide a high standard of care.

Duties

Deliver direct patient care, including assessing patient needs and developing individualised care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects.
Conduct routine examinations and maintain accurate patient records.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to implement treatment plans.
Educate patients and their families about health management, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the clinical environment.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.
Skills

Strong patient care abilities, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards patients' needs.
Proficient in medication administration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy, enabling effective assessment and treatment of patients.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team while also being able to work independently when required.
