Crynodeb
Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in the Emergency Department under consultant supervision. Actively participate in clinical decision-making and patient management, including resuscitation and trauma care. Work within the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centred care. Maintain an up-to-date portfolio aligned with CESR requirements, including workplace-based assessments. Engage in teaching and supervision of junior doctors, medical students, and allied health professionals. Contribute to departmental audits, research, and service development initiatives. Participate in the departmental clinical governance programme, including morbidity and mortality meetings. Work a full shift pattern, including nights and weekends, as per departmental rota.
