Nestled in hundreds of acres of ancient parkland, Whittlebury offers an award-winning 254-bedroom four-star hotel, conference, and training centre. We have award winning facilities including a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a luxurious spa.
Salary:
£26,811.20 per year
What will you do?
As a Demi Chef de Partie you will :
Ensure that a high standard of preparations and presentation is achieved before any dish leaves the kitchen.
Under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Chef and Sous Chefs prepare food, supervise, and take part in the day to day running of the section.
Delegate staff in their duties and keep up standards in health, safety, and hygiene.
Make sure and checks that all mis-en-place is up to date and liase with other sections with their mis-en-place and wastage.
Be flexible in the duties required of you.
The hours of work can vary and will include weekends, late evenings, and holiday periods.
