Salary: up to £30k with a realistic OTE of up to £47k+
Hours: 8am -6pm Monday to Friday – 1 in 3 Saturdays from 8am - 1pm

Are you passionate about cars and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for a Service Advisor to join Toyota Edgware dealership! This role offers unlimited upsell commission, a team bonus, and the opportunity to work with one of the most innovative hybrid technology brands.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of our service department—greet customers in person and over the phone.
- Manage service and MOT bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Present repair options and costs transparently to customers.
- Provide an honest and memorable sales experience, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.
- Upsell additional services, products, or plans, boosting your earning potential.
- Stay organised and proactive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all work is completed on time and customers are kept informed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive experience is essential. We will also entertain car sales executives and Parts Advisors.
- A natural ability to deliver exceptional customer service and a desire to sell.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Someone who thrives under pressure and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A drive to succeed and grow within the automotive industry.
