Job Title: Resource Coordinator
Duration: Permanent/Staff
Location: Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset
Reference Number: NA
Please note, to access the power station all workers must access via the “Park & Ride” system as there is no access on to site by driving onto the power station. This role is a site-based role.
About the Opportunity:
Our client are a major contractor on site at HPC, responsible for the Turbine Hall package of works, and as such they are looking for a Resource Coordinator to join their team at this exciting time.
Typical duties could include:
- Resource / recruitment expertise
- Coordinating all onboarding activities
- Promote best practice, awareness and understanding of key regulations & compliance procedures, HR, government laws and standards, providing guidance & advice.
- Maintaining and development of resource trackers & reports (PowerBI).
- To support all administration relating to resourcing for Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes.
- Assist with capability activities to include diversity & inclusion initiatives, security vetting, outreach programmes, onboarding campaigns / mobilization to site etc.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Experience within a similar position such as HR or Recruiting
- Ability to priortise workload
- Enjoys and thrives a challenge
- You must be able to obtain basic clearance (BPSS) to access site due to the security elements around the project work across the power station
