Main Purpose of Job
Support the Head Teacher in providing professional leadership for the schools within MSAT, which strives for success and continuous improvement, ensuring high quality education for every student.
• Have a substantial teaching role
• Oversee Curriculum development and assessment across the school
• Support the Head Teacher in identifying and managing Continued Professional Learning for all staff and evaluate the impact that it has on students’ learning.
• Be a deputy safeguarding lead in supporting the headteacher
• Work in partnership with the other members of the leadership team across the trust
