We produce award winning artisan cheese.We need someone who loves the product, and understands the need and systems to produce it within a regulated environment.
We can teach you cheesemaking if you have an interest . We need somone who can be entrusted with ensuring that prerequisite systems , and appropriate verification occur. That our production environment is maintained.
You should also be committed to a good customer experience, of product quality and presentation, continuity of supply.
Managing a team of staff equivalent to 4 WTE.
