Crynodeb
Working as an experienced and qualified Production Technician the post holder will contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of the Pharmacy Preparative Service. Manage, co-ordinate and prioritise workload and staff in a busy Licensed Pharmacy Manufacturing Unit on a daily basis. Undertake accuracy checking duties including pre and in-process and post-production checking. Supervise the work of staff including trainees by maintaining standards of service, ensuring compliance with SOPs, completion of documentation and communicating any changes in working practice.
