This is an exciting time to be part of the development of a new Tier 4 service for CAMHS. The LDA H@H team will have close links and working relationships across the Thames valley collaborative area to support existing provision across the patch. The main functions of the team are to prevent admission and facilitate earlier discharge. We provide, accredited supervision by senior therapists to help you consolidate your therapy skills in a focused and supported way, monthly opportunities to meet psychological therapy colleagues from across the county for reflective practice groups, clinical updates, and professional development. To provide a quality family therapy service to the clients in the Hospital at Home service. To provide consultation, supervision, and support the work of colleagues providing care and treatment, according to expertise. To work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the teams policies and procedures. To utilize skills for audit, policy, service development and research We would really like to hear from you, if you have skills in delivering therapy to this client group and can demonstrate: Evidence of significant knowledge in your specialist therapy area A good working knowledge of effective treatments, Sound clinical risk assessment and management, Experience of supervision with therapists and other clinical staff Experience of leadership and management of therapy staff.
