To succeed in this role, you will need: - A good understanding of building and engineering materials. - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office. - A positive customer-focused attitude. - The ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Good numeracy and literacy skills. - A full, clean driving licence is desirable. Youll work closely with Estates and maintenance colleagues across two busy hospital sites, supporting the planning and delivery of essential works. Youll also take a proactive approach to managing stock, identifying slow-moving items, and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency.
