Winchester, Permanent, Full-Time, Salary: £31,000 - £49,000 per annum + SEN Allowance

Why This Role?
✅ See Real Progress - Your lessons go beyond academics, shaping students' confidence, social skills, and independence.✅ Career Progression That Matters - From SENCO pathways to leadership roles, we support your growth.✅ A Team That Works Together - You won't do this alone; therapists, specialist staff, and a supportive leadership team are here for you.✅ A Creative Approach - Teaching should be flexible, adaptive, and meaningful. Here, your ideas will shape the curriculum.

✔️ A qualified teacher (QTS, PGCE, or equivalent) with UK-based teaching experience
