Summary

Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working with a well-established manufacturer based in the Pinxton area, who are looking to recruit an experienced Joiner / Mouldmaker to join their production team.

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone with experience in pre-cast concrete mould making, who takes pride in their work and can work effectively as part of a small, skilled team.

About the Role:

• Constructing timber moulds and formwork to a high standard for pre-cast concrete products
  
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and measurements accurately
  
• Supporting production by ensuring moulds are ready to meet schedule demands
  
• Carrying out quality checks and making any necessary adjustments
  
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
  

  What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Joiner or Mouldmaker in a pre-cast concrete environment
    
  • Confidence using hand and power tools, and working to precise measurements
    
  • Ability to work from technical drawings and follow instructions closely
    
  • Good attention to detail and a methodical, reliable approach
    
  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices on site
