Summary
Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are working with a well-established manufacturer based in the Pinxton area, who are looking to recruit an experienced Joiner / Mouldmaker to join their production team.
This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone with experience in pre-cast concrete mould making, who takes pride in their work and can work effectively as part of a small, skilled team.
About the Role:
- Constructing timber moulds and formwork to a high standard for pre-cast concrete products
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and measurements accurately
- Supporting production by ensuring moulds are ready to meet schedule demands
- Carrying out quality checks and making any necessary adjustments
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Joiner or Mouldmaker in a pre-cast concrete environment
- Confidence using hand and power tools, and working to precise measurements
- Ability to work from technical drawings and follow instructions closely
- Good attention to detail and a methodical, reliable approach
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices on site
