Job Summary: Fabricator Welder (Temp to Perm – Immediate Start)

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Fabricator Welder to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and assemble metal structures using MIG/TIG welding techniques

  
  

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics

  
  

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery safely

  
  

• Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality control

  
  

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

  
  

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fabrication and welding (MIG/TIG)

    
    

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

    
    

  • Good time management and ability to work under minimal supervision

    
    

  • Relevant welding/fabrication certifications are desirable
