We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated manager to lead and inspire our Regional Sales Team, you will be passionate about hitting targets, have previous experience of managing a team, be able to deliver results and regularly look at ways to improve and innovate.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will oversee our West Midlands region, managing a team of dedicated Sales Consultants. Your role will involve supporting the Group’s Head of Sales and Sales Director, ensuring that our sales targets are met and our customers receive exceptional experience.

This role is being offered on a 12-month fixed term basis.

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading and inspiring a team of 5 Sales Consultants to deliver an ambitious programme of shared ownership sales and rent to buy lets

Driving sales of shared ownership properties and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Ensuring a positive customer experience and regularly reviewing our processes and procedures

Liaising with internal teams (land, delivery, home ownership, defects, property care) and external stakeholders (solicitors, mortgage advisors).

Handling budget forecasting, data analysis, and utilizing Excel and other software for reporting.

Planning and conducting site visits, managing your own diary effectively.



About You

You’ll have experience in the sales of new builds and/or Shared Ownership. You’ll have experience of leading a team with a proven track record in meeting sale targets. You’ll recognise our duty of care to our customers and the importance of selling with integrity. You’ll have excellent networking skills with the ability to manage external stakeholders whilst liasing with internal stakeholders. You’ll also be able to manage conflicting demands with confidence whilst maintaining an organised approach to your day and team. You will be a motivated manager who can quickly adapt and start making an immediate impact.

To join our team, you’ll also have;

Extensive management experience within the new build, property sector.

A proven track record in new homes sales, meeting targets, and hitting KPIs.

Knowledge of shared ownership schemes and new build sales.

Proficiency in budget control, financial forecasting, and data analysis.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to providing a great customer journey.

Drivers Licence and able to travel across our sites
