About the Role
Nottingham City Council is looking for Public Realm Operatives to to provide a range of gardening, refuse, recycling, grounds maintenance and cleansing duties throughout the City and to be flexible depending on the service needs. This post is to prominently collect commercial waste. Operatives are required to be flexible depending on the service needs.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Be able to work flexible hours. This also includes weekend working bank holidays
- The role requires applicants to be physically fit and be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Applicants must have good understanding / knowledge of working in a customer focused environment and have customer care skills to deal with commercial customers on a daily basis.
