We are looking for an experienced Exams Officer who is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and a helpful specialist to lead our exams team. Someone to:
to provide first-class exams service, supporting year-round internal and external assessments and exams, to allay concerns and resolve issues
to help students and staff to access everything they need to complete appropriate and compliant assessments and examinations and therefore be our JCQ guru
to be well organised and be able to organise and train others
to be fastidious at checking, tracking and monitoring
to ensure appropriate and timely support is in place for learners who need it
If you have knowledge and experience in this type of role, can demonstrate outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, are a good communicator with strong IT literacy and customer service skills, are a team player and would like to work with us at our thriving college, we would love to hear from you.
