Working Location: Regional based with 2-3 days per week on the road & 1 day per month from our Chester Head Office.

About the Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead and support the Property Onboarding sales function across your region within this uniquely regional role. You’ll coach and develop a team of around 20-28 Property Consultants based in the field, to maximise conversion rates, contract signings, and go-live volumes, ensuring every lead is fully optimised. Working closely with our Chester-based Marketing and Product teams, you’ll help drive lead quality and volume through continuous feedback. You'll also support the office-based Sales team to ensure a fully aligned and collaborative approach.
Location: Due to the nature of this role, you will cover our North and East of England territory to include The Lakes to Suffolk and up to Scotland. Candidates can expect to be on the road a miminum of 2-3 days a week alongside travel to our Chester Head Office once a month. We would therefore consider those from further afield and nationwide.
Your Responsibilities
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
The delivery of V-C% and SOV/V% performance in line with, or in excess of the targets
Supporting the delivery of contract, go live and go live Property Value targets for a given region
Recruiting, supporting, coaching and developing Property Consultants (PCs)
Performance managing or exiting Property Consultants who fail to deliver the required performance
Ensuring we have appropriate PC coverage in the field to service owners in a timely and efficient manner
Supporting and coaching office based staff on sales related matters
Identifying key reasons
Working closely with the HLA team managers, and other managers and colleagues on matters of performance
Providing feedback to marketing and product on the success of marketing campaigns
Developing and implementing actions and initiatives that will improve sales performance in a given region

Strong commercial acumen and sales experience
