MJSolpac Ltd is a leading provider of reusable packaging. Established in 1999 the highly motivated and experienced team have gained a reputation for high quality service and pride themselves on strong and lasting relationships with their customers.
As an Assembler you will report to the Operations Manager and work under the supervision of Designers, Team Leaders and the Operations Director to complete projects as instructed.
You will be responsible for assisting in the assembly of bespoke returnable packaging.
Your role will include:
• Fitting and assembling fabricated parts or sub-assemblies
• Working from drawings and BOMs
• Assisting with continuous improvement tasks where possible
Experience is not essential as training will be given, but to be considered for the role you must have the following attributes:
• Enthusiasm, with a flexible approach to work and a can-do attitude.
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Experience with hand tools and air tools would be advantageous.
• A manufacturing background is preferred but not essential.
• Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously
• Physically fit and able to lift and man-oeuvre products – This is a hands on, physically active role which will involve standing for long periods.
• Awareness of Health and Safety regulations is desirable.
• FLT licence is desirable but not essential.

Pay: Starting from £12.43 per hour depending on experience
