Contributes to the delivery of the service in their specialist area. Supports the development, implementation and audit of clinical andorganisational strategies within the Service via the quality management system. Performs a range of advanced healthcare science activities. Provide highly specialist advice and training to staff within own area and other professionals. Actively involved in research and development projects. Supervises and trains less experienced staff and trainees.
