Are you looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity that makes a difference?

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Service Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing high quality services for people who are rough sleeping, who also have Drug and alcohol support needs.

The Role
As a Service Manager you will be responsible for implementing and running a highly performing, County Wide service that makes a tangible difference to the lives of those it works with. You will lead a team to develop evidence-based services aimed at empowering people to make and sustain positive change. You will have strategic oversight of the service and will liaise directly with the commissioners and partners across Essex to ensure the highest possible standards of services.

About You
- Experience of managing staff
- An understanding of the complex issues presented by individuals who are rough sleeping
- The ability to build relationships with other professionals and lead a multi- disciplinary team and to maintain the excellent reputation of Phoenix Futures across Essex and beyond
- The ability to be innovative and flexible in order to meet the needs of the service
- Extensive experience of the criminal justice / mental health / substance misuse sector or related field

Your Rewards
- Starting salary of £30,500 per annum, pro rata, with opportunity to access potential yearly salary increments subject to appraisal, meaning potential salary increase up to £36,000 per annum, pro rata
