Are you a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys working at the heart of a busy, high-performing team? We're looking for an experienced Executive Officer to support our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in supporting strategic priorities, coordinating important meetings, and ensuring our senior leaders have the information and support they need to lead effectively.

What the role involves:

- Providing professional and proactive day-to-day support to members of the SLT
- Preparing agendas, minutes, reports, and tracking follow-up actions from leadership meetings
- Supporting delivery of key projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- Managing internal and external communications on behalf of senior leaders
- Handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- Acting as a central point of contact between the SLT and the wider organisation

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in a senior administrative, executive assistant, or coordination role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- First-class organisational and time management abilities
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams or Zoom
- A calm, professional manner and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
