Are you a confident communicator with a passion for connecting people and growing business in the healthcare sector?
Join our fast-growing, dynamic healthcare staffing agency. We’re looking for someone with drive, personality, and a talent for building strong client relationships to help us expand our reach and continue delivering high-quality healthcare professionals to our partners across the North West.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and win new business with care homes, nursing homes, residential units, private hospitals, and supported living services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions.
Maximise opportunities with current clients by providing outstanding service and identifying areas for growth.
Conduct in-person client visits and service reviews to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
Work closely with compliance and recruitment teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Track performance metrics and contribute to overall business growth strategies.
Requirements:
Previous experience in business development, sales, or recruitment—ideally within the healthcare staffing or care sector.
A confident and professional telephone manner with strong communication skills.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage your own pipeline and work independently.
Willingness to travel for client visits and relationship-building.
Understanding of healthcare staffing challenges and compliance (desirable).
Target-driven, highly organised, and motivated by success.
