Summary
Driver Hire Uxbridge are currently recruiting for Class 2 Skip Driver for our customer based in Harefield UB9, a global leader in sustainable waste management, providing a suite of services encompassing waste collection, recycling, and resource recovery.
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS ON A TEMP TO PERM BASIS (13 WEEKS)
£800 a week (£720 + £40 attendance bonus + £40 collision bonus)
Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm AND every other Saturday 7am-12pm
Requirements:
• Valid UK driving licence with CAT C entitlement, no more than 6 points held
• Valid CPC and TACHO qualifications
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience commercially as a Class 2 Skip driver is a must!
• Commercial Cat C driving experience in the UK (references required)
• You must be over the ages of 25 years for insurance purposes
• Completed FORS E-Learning modules (preferred but not essential)
• Being motivated and hard-working are key to this role
The Role:
• Safely operate an HGV2 vehicle to deliver and collect skips
• Ensure safe loading and unloading of skips at various customer sites
• As a Class 2 Skip Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries and collections, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
Contract:
• £800 a week (£720 + £40 attendance bonus + £40 collision bonus)
• Overtime rate applicable on top
• 21 & half days annual leave + bank holidays
