You will have the opportunity to use and develop your skills to work collaboratively with a team of Speech and Language Therapists and education staff, advising on interventions that meet the needs of children/young people with a variety of speech, language and communication needs.

We have a number of active working parties within the team to ensure we are using an evidence based model of intervention including:
• Neurodiversity
• Diversity and inclusion

We have a robust Personal Development Review process as well as Band 5 support group to help support you to work through your NQP competencies (if required).

There is band 5 peer supervision supported by a highly skilled Band 6/7 therapist (or above) with the opportunity to learn about and practice standardised assessments and interventions appropriate for different communication needs.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic Speech and Language Therapist to take up an exciting opportunity, which is in our Mainstream Schools team.
