3.5 Ton Van Drivers needed in Epping Forest & Surrounding Area
We are currently seeking 2 reliable and experienced 3.5 Ton Van Drivers to support the delivery of wheeled bins to residential properties across Epping Forest and the surrounding area. This is a physically active role that requires punctuality, physical fitness, and excellent driving ability.
Position Overview:
Position: 3.5 Ton Van Driver
Location: Epping Forest and Surrounding Areas
Start Date: 1st Week of June 2025
Duration: 4–5 weeks
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday work available)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect wheeled bins from the local depot in Epping
• Deliver bins to residential properties throughout the area
• Load and unload bins from the vehicle, involving some manual lifting
• Navigate routes efficiently while walking long distances throughout the day
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with members of the public
Requirements:
• Must be over 25 years old
• Must hold a clean UK Driver’s Licence
• Previous van driving experience is essential (3.5 Ton vehicle)
• Physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting and walking
• Must be available to start in the first week of June 2025
• Willing to undergo a DVLA licence check
