Summary

We are seeking an individual with a strong aptitude for technical programme delivery and complex stakeholder engagement to ensure design and implementation is in accordance with the clinical digital requirements and workflow specifications. Key experience includes: To lead Epic system data migration and Non-Epic system data migration (where confirmed in scope) to support transition of PTC to Evelina. Managing the day-to-day running of the data migration sub-workstreams dealing with the demands of various users. Management of data migration into Apollo Epic from partner organisations. Lead risk and issue management of data migration workstream, liaising with teams to support resolution across partner organisations, ITCS, clinical teams, infrastructure, networking and 3rd party suppliers. Monitoring of data migration sub-workstreams and to initiate action to resolve problems. Key Deliverables Lead development and approval of Data Migration Strategy and Plan Lead the production of change plans that deliver agreed milestones and objectives. Design, facilitate and effectively lead data migration meetings with stakeholders; ensuring breadth in participation and a focus on action planning. Develop and maintain effective data migration reporting to the IT/Epic/Digital Working Group and PTC Programme board. This roles will require Cross-site working, based at Education Centre (3 days on site minimum, 2 days WFH) with 2-4 days per month at partner organisation sites (e.g. Royal Marsden, GOSH, UCLH and St Georges).
