Are you a motivated and experienced individual passionate about making a difference? We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Senior Support Worker at our Chorley supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, physical needs and support requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

-Provide high-quality support to ensure our service users receive individualized, person-centered care.



-Offer mentorship and guidance to the staff team working within the service.



-Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views and concerns.



-Support the management of service delivery, effectively meeting the needs of our service users.



-Work in a flexible manner, including evenings and weekends.
