Working hours for Campus Services Assistant
This is a full-time post with weekday and weekend shifts, covering 5 days out of 7 on a shift pattern (typically shifts of 07:00-14:24 and 13:36 - 21:00)
The position will primarily be based at Headington, but you may be required to work at our other Oxford campuses from time to time.

Overall Purpose of the Post of Campus Services Assistant
To carry out planned, preventative and reactive tasks across the University’s Estate, including caretaking, cleaning and portering duties.
Qualifications and Experience for the Post of Campus Services Assistant
If you feel ready to make a change from your current role or are looking for new challenges, you could be exactly what we are looking for. Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
● Good written and spoken English skills
● Experience of working in a front-facing customer environment
● Exemplary customer service skills
● Basic IT skills - email, mobile apps
● Ability to work outside of normal working hours and to a designated shift pattern
● Full Driving license
● Previous experience of working unsupervised and managing own task completion.
