What skills and experience we're looking for
The University of Chichester Academy Trust (‘the Trust’) now has 16 academies, 2 Inclusion centres and School Centred Initial Teacher Training base in its education family, based in Hampshire, Portsmouth and West Sussex. Although we share the same vision and values, each of our academies has its own identity, which defines them within their local community. The Trust is strongly committed to valuing the uniqueness of each school and governance, through local governing bodies.
The Central Team at the University of Chichester Academy Trust consists of experienced professionals who have made a significant impact across our family of academies, leading to substantial improvements in inspection outcomes and pupil achievement. We are seeking an exceptional Executive Leader in Education, driven by a passion for transformational leadership and excited by the opportunity to work alongside our CEO as we shape the future of our Trust and drive forward our ambitious 2035 Strategy. As we continue to grow, this is a unique chance to make a lasting impact on our schools, our communities, and the lives of the young people we serve. The ideal candidate will wholeheartedly embrace and uphold the vision, values, and ethos of the University of Chichester Academy Trust.
