Polish-Speaking Support Worker – 16 Hours/Week
March, Cambridgeshire
⏰ 4 hours per day, 16 hours per week (flexible days, possibility of extension)
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Polish-speaking Support Worker to provide companionship and support to an independent service user.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing companionship and social interaction
Supporting community activities (e.g., team meetings, restaurants, movies)
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous care experience (home care, hospice, assisted living, etc.)
✅ A caring nature with good communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Knowledge of medication administration (preferred but not essential)
✅ Full, clean driving licence (preferred but not required)
✅ Relevant health and social care qualifications (beneficial but not necessary)
