Are you an inspirational SEND Class teacher looking to join a highly committed and enthusiastic staff team at our supportive, dynamic and vibrant school?
Clapham Manor Primary School and Nursery seeks an experienced specialist SEND teacher to manage a SEMH style resource base/internal alternative provision at Clapham Manor. A teacher who can inspire, motivate and challenge pupils to achieve the highest levels of progress and attainment. The successful teacher will join a talented and hardworking staff team, supported by an Executive Headteacher, Head of School and Governors who are committed to fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration and professional growth. Energy, optimism and enthusiasm are essential in order to share our passion for ‘growing brighter futures’. Clapham Manor School is part of a federation with Sudbourne Primary School, SW2; staff may therefore be contracted to work across the partnership.
The successful candidate will:
• Be a highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic classroom practitioner
• Have an ability and commitment to engage, motivate and inspire all children to learn, achieve and make good progress
• Have a real belief in inclusivity and the fact that all children can be supported to be successful
• Have a good general knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
• Have commitment to high standards of attainment and achievement
• Have flexibility, resilience, adaptability and commitment to working as part of a team
• Be a great communicator with good interpersonal skills who can also actively engage with parents
• Be passionate about education in a school deeply rooted in the local community
