Crynodeb
Actively track all patients receiving medication treatments, to ensure all appointments and infusions are delivered in accordance with NICE guidance Maintain PTL databases and/or other data collection systems. Assisting in capturing data on all patients within the service and provide reports as required Liaise with appropriate clinical teams and support staff to identify any patients outside of the establishes protocol Participate in the development and maintenance of databases to capture patient information and reports as required Provide detailed analysis reports to lead clinician and operational/practice manager for any patients with waiting times outside of the national standards To actively book all follow up appointments and infusion treatments by liaising with the MDT
