For further information on this role, please see the attached detailed Job Description and Person Specification: Responsible for the effective delivery of the new research tissue bank. For all strands of the project, deliver in full compliance with an established project management methodology. Together with the Biobank Manager, review project progress and performance and ensure that lessons-learned are documented and appropriately shared. Ensure delivery of key elements against agreed milestones and timelines with demonstration of success, outcomes measure and key performance indicators. Responsible for maintaining the project planning, including project reporting, monthly highlight reports, updating the risk logs, producing exception reports and ensuring that all work remains on target to deliver agreed objective. Ability to work as part of a larger team and when required independently. Supports and enforces the biobanks strategic vision and deliver wider projects to support access to human tissue for research.
