Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? Nexus People are looking for Office Administrators in Dewsbury to work with our client, who are constantly innovating and creating industry leading products across an array of sports.

Previous experience using Microsoft platforms is necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support across the different functions of the business as and when required
- Sales order processing -SAGE, 50cloud, Accounts Professional
- Working with various interfaces
- Marketplace – listing items, dealing with payments, dealing with customer complaints & questions
- Quotations
- Raising despatch notes and carrier labels

This role may require other duties, so it would be beneficial if you were flexible and willing to learn new skills.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Thursday

- 08:00 - 16:30

- Friday

- 08:00 - 15:30

About you:

- This role would suit someone who has some experience working in an admin role, in an office environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, and windows-based systems as well as others
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Great organisational and administrative skills
- Numeracy and accuracy skills required to support the accounts function, specifically relating to invoicing
- Good telephone manner and approachable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
